Reinaldo Díaz-Pérez joined Ferraiuoli LLC as an Associate Attorney on January 2014. His main area of practice is corporate tax, tax incentive laws and general Puerto Rico taxes, such as income, sales and use, property and municipal license taxes.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Mr. Diaz provided tax services and consulting to high net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and Fortune 500 companies as a Tax Consultant and as a Tax Senior in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche LLP, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Mr. Diaz is admitted to practice law in the courts of Puerto Rico since 2010 and is also a Public Notary.
