Due to the aftermath of the passage of Hurricane María through Puerto Rico on Wednesday, September 20th, 2017, the lack of electrical power and internet service in many areas of the island, and in order to accommodate the needs of the Bar, please be informed that as a temporary measure the bankruptcy courtrooms in the José V. Toledo US Courthouse and Luis A. Ferré US Courthouse may be available for attorneys to file electronically using the Attorney Wireless Internet Access (WiFi).
To access the WiFi facilities, attorneys must be registered, and good standing members of the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
