Camille Rodríguez-Franceschini joined Ferraiuoli LLC in January 2015 as an Associate for the firm’s Corporate Department.
Prior to becoming an Associate, Ms. Rodríguez-Franceschini participated in Ferraiuoli’s Summer Program in 2013 and continued to work as a Law Clerk until January 2015, where she assisted attorneys in the Corporate, Litigation and Labor Departments.
As a Law Clerk, Ms. Rodríguez-Franceschini assisted attorneys, mainly within the Corporate Department, in multiple tasks and assignments including general corporate matters, collateral revisions, real estate transactions, and negotiation of agreements, as well as in-depth legal research.
During her years as a law student, Ms. Rodríguez-Franceschini participated in an internship program at the Spain Corporate Offices of Citibank International PLC in Madrid, where she assisted the Country General Counsel and their legal team.
In addition, Ms. Rodríguez-Franceschini was a Law Clerk at Jiménez, Graffam & Lausell, where she acquired practical experience and exposure to substantive and procedural aspects of labor and employment law.
Her main areas of practice include: Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Lending.
