Fernando J. Rovira-Rullán is a Capital Member of Ferraiuoli LLC and Chair of its Corporate Department. Fernando’s principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions with extensive local and cross border experience, corporate law, commercial lending, contracts, real estate, tourism and hospitality and intellectual property.
He currently serves as adjunct professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where for fifteen years he has offered, advanced legal courses such as Business Organization and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Fernando joined Ferraiuoli after serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of a publicly traded financial institution and working as a corporate attorney at McConnell Valdés.
